Italy is also famous for white wines, especially of the Alps area, where they are particularly fresh, elegant and rich in aromas. Those wines are perfect in pairing with dishes with herbs, but also fish, and ideal with our food bites if you want an aperitif!
You will first taste the wines of the most famous area: Alto Adige region called Südtirol, at the base of Dolomites. Smell aromas and taste the freshness of the most famous wines, like Gewürztraminer (the king of aromatic wines), Chardonnay and Müller Thurgau.
Our tasting also includes a very special guest: the Erbaluce di Caluso. This is a very typical white wine made of a local grape of Piemonte, and it is one of the smallest appellations of Italy!
